Refunds

If you don’t receive the product within 6 weeks from the date of purchase please let us know. We will provide a replacement or a refund. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and the correct name for the necklace. Full/Partial refunds available if the customer received a damaged item or a wrong product.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds normally take about 3-7 business days to arrive into the bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changes to the orders

Any changes to the orders need to be done within 24 hours from the purchased date. No design changes will be allowed once the production has started. To update the shipping address please contact us. If the order is not shipped we will update the address.
